You will enjoy living on our beautiful 20-acre campus with its lush green space (over 500 trees on campus), native California gardens, mature trees and lovely walking paths. Willows Drive encircles the Community Center and activity areas. It is truly an oasis and a wonderfully peaceful neighborhood. With 152 private garden villas, you will find yourself in the community of your dreams.

What says home more than your own front door? As you walk inside your single-story, maintenance-free garden villa, you’ll love the openness and light as well as the full kitchen and secluded patio. There are one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts so you can choose the one that’s just right for you.

Garden Villa Pricing & Fees

Current Monthly Rent*

• One bedroom/one bathroom villa - $1,860/month

• Two bedroom/one bathroom villa - $2,085/month

• Two bedroom/two bathroom villa - $2,505/month

• Three bedroom/two bathroom villa - $3,025/month

* A few of our villas are priced differently depending on the amenities they provide.

The monthly rent includes:

• Water, sewer and trash service

• Landscaping

• Building maintenance

• Campus-wide pest control service

• Private, gated entrance

• Scheduled bus transportation

• Pool, exercise room, art studio, woodshop, ceramics, activities and other amenities

• 24 hour on call staff for urgent needs

The resident is responsible for:

• Electricity

• Internet/cable/phone

• $90/month per person dining room fee (5 meals/month)

• $60/month per additional person fee (if there is more than one person in a villa)

Optional Fees:

• Carport with storage - $50/month

• Pet - $30/month per pet

• House cleaning services - $30/hr on contract, $35/hr off contract
